Semolina is a course ground wheat flour that is used in all cultures of Mediterranean & Middle Eastern cooking. It is the main ingredient in our fresh pasta, delivered daily
from Dave’s Fresh Pasta in Somerville. We are a scratch kitchen, dedicated to the traditional methods and flavors from every region of the Mediterranean.
Daily specials are always available in addition to the regular menu also available for take out and delivery. Thank you for joining us!

TAKEOUT & DELIVERY
Semolina To Go is a very important part of our restaurant. We just love our bustling take out biz… making sure to only offer items that travel well, and are packed thoughtfully so that you can enjoy our dishes at home without sacrificing quality. Note that we do sometimes have to pause to go orders momentarily to let the kitchen catch up. Just try again in a few minutes, it usually doesn’t last long :)

Our climate-controlled tent and bar seats are available for walk-in guests. All guests, including bar seats, must wait to be seated by the host.

PARKING
Metered parking on the street is $1/hr until 6PM, Monday-Saturday. We do have limited free parking available in the adjacent Tufts lot Tuesdays-Saturdays, look for the ‘Reserved for Semolina Restaurant Guests’ signs.
Please note that it is the guest’s responsibility to ask your server or bartender to validate, and that you will need know your license plate number.

Just like our home base at Dave's Fresh Pasta in Davis Square, we are a scratch kitchen. We make as much as we can ourselves, and source as much as we can from local vendors.
